OVER 80% OF CLASS OF 2012 PLACED: The hard work put in by the Class of 2012 has paid dividends with over 80 per cent of the total of 35 diploma holders getting placed during or immediately after completeion of their internship. While The Times of India made the maximum number of offers, other prominent media brands were not far behind. These include brands like Press Trust of India, The Asian Age, The Pioneer, Mail Today, Marie Claire, News-X, The Economic Times, Media Transasia Group and The Hindustan Times amongst others. With a dearth of trained journalists at a fresher-level increasing day-by-day, TSJ students who are taught by the best faculty and working journalists are much in demand across various media houses.
